Hi Friends! The 6th Annual Guac Off was a great hit! I love this party and always try to change things up a bit each year. The guacamole competition was fierce and we were honored to have Chef Duff Goldman help with the selection of the winners. Our Amy did a fantastic job coordinating this event. She is definitely a "chip off the Guac Off!" xoxo MindyI left...

The table with the authentic stone guacamole bowls and grinders is lovely! I really get a Latin feel from all those beautiful vibrant colors and skeletal decor. The tequila shots look like a great ice breaker for the party. Thanks for sharing!

Lavenders, blues, cremes, taupes, greys and whites were all combined to create a warm eclectic feeling down the aisle and in the tent.  Of course, now I take my own pictures for the blog, but I'...

It’s about time someone came up with something like this.

I’ve been setting up UPLOADING stations at my weddings so guests can grab a treat and a hot drink for the road while their photos from their phones or cameras are uploading for the bride and groom to sift though… It’s great to have something that makes this so much simpler.

I’m so impressed with your humility. After 30 years in the industry you would have every right to be a know-it-all. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and advice!

Mindy, This information is so insightful and so helpful to someone who dreams of working along side you someday. I’m only 21 and have dove in to it head on. Every emotion you showcased in what you wrote here is how I hope to feel in 30 years. Too many people have told me it gets old, and that’s depressing. So glad to hear someone so positive about their time and experience as a wedding planner. Thank you!

I just recently graduated college, interned at a hotel and now I am working as a Sales and Event Coordinator at the hotel in Los Angeles. It has been one of the best experiences ever and I have learned so much already! Be willing to learn and touch on every aspect of the industry and success will come. Great advice Mindy, thank you so much!! <3
