Melissa has been working alongside Mindy Weiss since 2000. Her organizational skills and fun sense of humor add to the calm demeanor at Mindy Weiss Party Consultants.
Her extensive experience with events of all sizes and her specialty in coordinating destination weddings makes her an amazing asset to the company.
Whether Melissa is assisting Mindy or coordinating her own events, her attention to detail and style guarantee success.
Irene joined Mindy Weiss Party Consultants in 2001. Prior to joining our team, she had coordinated several events on her own.
Her logistical and communicative skills, creativity and expertise make her an
extraordinary member of our team. She has a wonderful, fun personality and always enters a project with excitement and a good sense of humor.
Amy joined our team in 2007. She is one of the cheerful voices you will hear when calling Mindy Weiss Party Consultants. Prior to joining our team, she worked in the catering industry for many years.
Her vast knowledge
of food and beverages is a great asset. When assisting clients, her ability to multi-task helps get the job done. She always has a smile on her face and a great sense of humor.
Kristen joined the Mindy Weiss Team in 2007. Her genuine and enthusiastic personality puts all of our clients at ease and guarantees a pleasant atmosphere wherever she goes. Since joining the team, Kristen’s graphic design skills, work ethic, and attention to detail have been invaluable to each event we plan. Kristen loves to travel and has most recently been responsible for planning destination events within the United States as well as abroad. Her industry experience combined with her outgoing attitude make Kristen an asset to each event she plans.
Cassie began working at Mindy Weiss Party Consultants in 2009. She is one of the friendly voices you will hear on the phone when you call the office. Her exceptional organizational skills are put to good use in the office and at events.
She is the “shopper,” for our events and a masterful detective at finding unusual items needed. We can always count on Cassie to have whatever is needed at any event.
Taylor officially joined Mindy Weiss Party Consultants in 2010 and has quickly become an integral part of the team. His years of event planning experience and positive attitude make him an invaluable part of each and every event. Since joining the team, Taylor has not only served as Mindy’s right hand, keeping her personal and professional life in order, but has also been a logistic expert in our destination events.
James joined Mindy Weiss Party Consultants in 2011. He currently serves as our online store manager, handling online purchases and adding all of Mindy’s new finds to the site. In addition to his role as store manager, James directly assists each event coordinator with event preparation and execution. His upbeat, amiable nature and delightful habit of breaking out into song make James a pleasure to work with in any capacity.
Rachel is the sweet voice you will hear when you call the Mindy Weiss office! Her infectious smile and personality is such a light in the office, we love having her as a new addition to our team!
