Mindy began her career in the special events business more than fifteen years ago by creating custom invitations for social events. Her inspiration, creativity and penchant towards design led Mindy to expand her talents into complete party planning. In 1992, she officially opened Mindy Weiss Party Consultants and instantly attracted clients from all over the country.

Today, in addition to providing professional event planning services for weddings, parties, corporate functions, bar/bat mitzvahs and just about any other social occasion, Mindy has developed a line of lifestyle products – the first of which is for brides & grooms, newlywed couples, their wedding guests and the entire wedding party. In May, 2005, Modern Bride voted Mindy one of its’ coveted ‘Top 25 Trendsetters for 2005.’ In addition, Mindy is the Style Expert for Weddingchannel.com where she writes a monthly column, and she is a frequent contributor to In Style, In Style Weddings and Los Angeles Magazine Weddings. She has been featured on a variety of television shows and networks including - DR. PHIL, E!, ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT, KLTA’S MORNING NEWS, MTV, THE TODAY SHOW, VH1, and a special segment on THE LEARNING CHANNEL. In addition, an estimated 17 million viewers also saw Mindy as the wedding planner on ABC’s “Trista & Ryan’s Wedding” when the famed couple from THE BACHELORETTE tied the knot.
