Hi friends! A few weeks ago I planned the cutest baby shower at the Hotel Bel-Air and I have lots of fun details to show you! My absolute favorite part was the creative florals, all done by Mark’s Garden. They are total magicians.
What’s great about the décor is that even though it’s for a baby girl, we’re not overwhelmed by lots and lots of pink (though that’s always fun too!). The “girly-ness” a bit understated, if you will, and can easily be adapted for a unisex or boy’s baby shower. Each table was themed as a different portion of a baby’s day like play time, nap time, bath time and more. Take a look below!
We did really soft and cute table settings in pale pink, dusty blue and a touch of violet. The adorable menus by Lehr and Black show the future mom and dad’s baby pictures! And those charming napkins rings from Althea Cloths are adorned with the cutest miniature baby sweater. Everything is on linens by La Tavola Fine Linen. Paying special attention to the small details can really help bring your theme together.
Yes we used clothes as décor! This centerpiece was in a “time to get dressed” theme. We used lots of gorgeous flowers and of course yummy baby clothes like sweaters, socks, and little shoes to hang from the flower canopy.
Time to read! You’ll see a variety of fun, colorful baby books with baby blocks made of flowers and other fresh stems. A few stuffed toys broke things up a bit and added some whimsy.
Bath time! And what better to convey that theme than hoards of rubber duckies and softly-scented lotions surrounded by bright flowers?
And finally, time to sleep! That baby mobile made of flowers was even more breathtaking in person. Paired with some bedtime books, stuffed toys and pacifiers, this was probably my favorite station!
Hope you loved all of this as much as I did!
