ONCE I PLACED AN ORDER, HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL?
You may make changes to your order or cancel all or part of your order at any time by contacting our customer service department either by email or phone during normal business hours as listed below. We’re sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations or changes on custom-made, personalized, or printed items or fine jewelry.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise. Customers have 14 days to return any unwanted merchandise, with the exception of custom-made items, personalized items, confections/food items, jewelry, and printed materials. These items may not be returned or exchanged. Custom-made and personalized items may not be canceled once your order has been placed. Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole and complete discretion of Shop Mindy.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.Steps for a successful return:
1 – Email firstname.lastname@example.org or speak to a customer service rep at 1-888-777-3414 before returning any merchandise.
2 – You will be emailed a return authorization. Print the authorization to place in the box with your returned item.
3 – Package your items, include the return authorization and send to us at:

Items should be in unused and/or unworn condition and in its original packaging when possible. Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange or receive a refund. Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receipt of the product.
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
- We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery.
